I understand that my reservation is subject to availability and the Club's event and cancellation policies.

The number of people booked prior to the event will be the number charged, regardless of any changes on the day.
Cancellation less than one week before the event start time: 50% of the event price will be charged.
Cancellation on the day of the event: 100% of the event price will be charged.
Cancellations can only be made by email.
